I'm in my Junior year of HS and have started thinking about college. I've really been looking at some kind of Graphic Art or Design. I would ultimately love to design either book covers or CD covers but I don't know what exactly I'd need to go to college for. Most Design programs are for websites or business ads. Is there a very specific name for what I want to go for? I don't really want to go for web design or business design.. I know I'd have tons of debt for a stupid major but I'm planning on doing a certificate program or going to a community college near home that I could completely pay off with my Hope scholarship. Sooo, I WON'T have any debt for a 'stupid' major.. |

In Italy, the previously announced will not be arrested for the killing of Indian fishermen in the two Italian marines returned to India after delivery, India reacted strongly, not only restricted Italian ambassador to leave the country, but also reduced the level of diplomatic relations with Italy.
February 15 last year, two Italian sailors on the coast of the southern Indian state of Kerala vessels off the coast of Italy when performing tasks shot and killed two Indian fishermen, the Indian side was subsequently arrested and prosecuted. After the arrest, two soldiers had in December last year to get the approval of the Indian side back to http://www.telephoning.fr/basket-nike-tn/ - basket nike tn Italy for Christmas and the holidays in a specified time after the return to India. This year, they apply again to return to participate in the Italian parliamentary elections, the Delhi High Court will make a timely return of the soldiers convicted of the two can be guaranteed after returning to participate in national parliamentary ???=http://www.montagnegolose.it - scarpe hogan elections in the Italian side. But let the Indian side did not expect that, the Italian Foreign Ministry said in a statement, these two Italian marines will http://www.telephoning.fr/basket-nike-tn/ - basket nike tn not scheduled to return to India to stand trial on March 11.
Before this, the two Italian marines have been able to be allowed to return to participate in the elections, mainly Italian ambassador Mancini in court for the two guarantee. In Italy, the government expressly refused to surrender after two soldiers, the court held that it violates the basic principles of security, issued a restriction order against Mancini's departure. Subsequently, the Indian Ministry of the Interior in the 15th released to major airports nationwide ban prohibited Mancini exit from any port in India. India's foreign minister, said the move did not violate the Vienna Convention, Mancini has not been restricted freedom of movement in the territory of India, the limit of his departure in order to let him make a statement on this issue.
In addition, the Indian government also announced that India's newly appointed Ambassador to Italy Gupta will not go to Rome to temporarily assume office. The official statement http://www.tarz.fr/8-chaussures-louboutin.html - Chaussures Louboutin said that this is equivalent to the ambassadorial level diplomatic relations between the two countries is reduced to the following.
India's Supreme Court has issued a formal inquiry to the Italian ambassador Mancini, asked him to make a statement on own recognizance behavior. Meanwhile government position, due to the provisions of the two soldiers before the court's deadline to return to India is March 23, so the Indian side requested the return of Italy must make a decision before the two soldiers in the 22nd, otherwise it will bear all "So may bring consequences. "
The key question now is the Italian side believes that the two soldiers shot locations within the range of the high seas, in accordance with international law, India should be exempt from prosecution, and all court proceedings should be in place to Rome. The Indian side insisted that the incident belongs to India's territorial waters, two soldiers must stand trial in India, and in accordance with http://www.istitutoncologicoveneto.it/hogan-milano/ - hogan milano the laws of India to carry out the judgment. Each side, at loggerheads over the same time, but no channels of communication, the Indian side said that since the 12th of this month India summoned the Italian Ambassador Roberto Mancini, the Italian side and the Indian government would http://www.tarz.fr/9-escarpins-louboutin.html - escarpins louboutin not carry out any form of contact.
Indian intransigence manifested is in line with his usual diplomatic policy, India's foreign defend its interests on the whole it has been very resolute attitude, stance is worth any small stick. Italy this behavior is unacceptable to India, especially in the case of secured ambassadors, Italy This is definitely bad faith, in order to defend their interests and judicial authority, such a strong reaction in India should be said is to be expected.
In addition, India has also been political opposition to pressure the government. Yinren party has formally proposed to the Parliament request to hold parliamentary debate on India's foreign policy in the next week, criticized the current government's mistakes in the diplomatic work, to the detriment of national interests, India's prestige in the international community is also constantly being challenged. In such a situation, the Indian government is difficult to be relaxed in the basic position on this issue. (Reporter Wang Chao) |
